Planning Permission at ‘Greywethers’!

We are delighted to have been granted permission from Swindon Borough Council at Planning Committee on Tuesday evening for our proposed contemporary rear extension at Greywethers Avenue, Old Town, Swindon. Despite a number of objections from local residents the Planning Officer has consistently supported our scheme and when recommending approval, the report to committee stated;

‘It is considered that the design of the proposed extensions is bold in concept and has attributes reflected through its shape, scale, form and materials that could act as showcase for modernist, sustainable construction within the Borough’ 

The scheme received unanimous support from the committee, with the permission maintaining our 100% success rate at planning for our clients, further reinforcing the value of the high quality contemporary design approach to our work.
