A'Bear & Ball Architects LLP and Stroma Building Control are holding a CPD on the Building Regulations procedures relating to contractor responsibilities.

The Building Safety Act came fully into force on 1 October 2023. It's a piece of landmark legislation aiming to revolutionise the way buildings are designed, constructed and managed with the primary focus of enhancing safety and accountability across the sector.

All contractors should make sure they’re informed and up to date on all of the changes. As members of Constructionline, we really value the importance of contractors being compliant and even going above and beyond government regulations.
