It's all about the views!

We are delighted to have just received planning permission from Swindon Borough Council for an exciting development of two contemporary ultra low energy dwellings on a fantastic hillside site in Wroughton, Wiltshire. The units will replace an existing low quality property on the site and will each have a floor space of 2,600 sqft spread over 4 floors of accommodation. The main living spaces, located at the rear of the properties, have fantastic views over a valley and beyond to open countryside.

A high quality palette of materials is proposed including standing seam zinc roof and wall cladding to the upper floors which sit lightly over a robust stone low level plinth which references the local geology and anchors the scheme in the landscape.

With the detailed design stage of the project now underway we anticipate construction commencing on site in the autumn.
