Contemporary makeover!

Continuing a strong run of recent planning successes for the Practice, we are pleased to have just received permission from West Berkshire Council for our exciting extension and remodelling scheme in Newbury. The design provides a complete contemporary makeover of the original 1950’s detached dwelling including a sizeable two storey side addition, single storey rear additions, external terracing and swimming pool, plus a detached home office in the garden.

We’re due to commence detailed design drawings for the scheme shortly with construction anticipated to start late 2017.
